Warranty Policy

At MiraBotX, we want our customers to use our products with complete peace of mind.
We offer the following warranty services to ensure your satisfaction and product reliability.

1. Warranty Coverage & Period

▪ 30-Day Free Replacement Warranty(For All MiraBot Products)

If a defect occurs under normal use within 30 days from the date of delivery, we will provide a free replacement.

Depending on the nature of the issue, this may involve replacing the entire product or only the defective component, as determined upon confirmation with the customer.

Applicable products:

  • All MiraBot products (including MiraBot Lite / S6 / S2+ main units, bundled receivers, and power adapters)

  • Expansion modules and parts (e.g. Twist Module, T-Valve Air Valve, Module Case, i-Lube Lubricator, Desk Mount, etc.)

Replacements will be made with the same or equivalent product. We generally do not offer repair service for these products.

▪ Initial Defect Replacement (Within 7 Days of Delivery)

For the following consumable items, free replacement will only be provided in the case of initial defects reported within 7 days of delivery:

  • Onahole sleeves (hole units)

  • Care items (lubricants, cleaners, etc.)

2. Warranty Details

MiraBot products are covered under this warranty when used properly in accordance with the user guide.
If a manufacturing defect or initial defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we will replace the product free of charge.

Please contact us via the [Inquiry Form] within the warranty period if you experience any issues.
We may ask for photos or videos of the defective part for verification.
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or send a substitute product.

Note: Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface layer patterns or irregularities may occur. These are not considered defects.

3. Cases Not Covered by Warranty

  • Damage or malfunction caused by use not in accordance with the user manual, or by modifications

  • Defects caused by installing or rewriting third-party firmware

  • Damage caused by commercial use (e.g., rental, exhibitions, etc.)

  • Poor maintenance, accidents, drops, natural disasters, or external damage

  • Applying excessive force beyond the designed load capacity

  • Water damage or use in extreme temperature environments

4. Required Information for Warranty Claims

To process your warranty claim, please provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, purchase date, user ID, etc.)

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the defective part

5. Transfer of Warranty

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a third party or applied to resold items.

6. Disclaimer

Please use the product only after fully understanding its intended purpose and proper usage.

  • If you experience pain or discomfort during use, stop using the product immediately.

  • We are not responsible for any health issues or secondary damages resulting from product use.

  • Do not use the product on areas with inflammation or swelling.

  • We reserve the right to change or update the warranty policy without prior notice.
