Warranty Policy

At MiraBotX, we want our customers to use our products with confidence and peace of mind.
This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage we provide for eligible products.

This Warranty Policy should be read together with our Refund Policy.
Issues such as shipping damage, incorrect items, apparent initial defects, returns, and refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable terms of our Refund Policy.
All cases are subject to verification and final review by MiraBotX.

1. Warranty Coverage & Period

▪ 30-Day Limited Warranty for MiraBot Products

For eligible MiraBot products, if a defect occurs under normal use within 30 days from the date of delivery, we will provide an appropriate warranty solution after verification.

Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include:

  • replacement of the entire product

  • replacement of the defective component

  • troubleshooting support

  • another appropriate remedy determined by MiraBotX

In many cases, our preferred solution is replacement of the product or the defective component.
Replacements, when provided, will be made with the same product or an equivalent product at our discretion.

Applicable products:

  • All MiraBot products (including MiraBot Lite / S6 / S2+ main units, bundled receivers, and power adapters)

  • Expansion modules and parts (e.g. Twist Module, T-Valve Air Valve, Module Case, i-Lube Lubricator, Desk Mount, etc.)

▪ Initial Defect Coverage for Consumable Items (Within 7 Days of Delivery)

For the following consumable items, free replacement will only be considered in cases of confirmed initial defects reported within 7 days of delivery:

  • Onahole sleeves (hole units)

  • Care items (lubricants, cleaners, etc.)

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, consumable and hygiene-related items are generally not eligible for return or replacement unless a confirmed initial defect is verified.

2. Warranty Details

MiraBot products are covered under this warranty when used properly in accordance with the user guide and intended operating conditions.

If a manufacturing defect or covered issue is confirmed within the applicable warranty period, we will provide an appropriate warranty remedy based on the circumstances of the case.
Depending on the issue, this may include replacement parts, troubleshooting support, product replacement, or another suitable solution.

We may ask for photos or videos of the defective part for verification.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange the appropriate next steps.

Note: Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface layer patterns, print lines, or slight cosmetic irregularities may occur. These are not considered defects unless they affect normal function.

3. Cases Not Covered by Warranty

This warranty does not cover damage, malfunction, or deterioration caused by any of the following:

  • Use not in accordance with the user manual or intended purpose

  • Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or alteration

  • Installing or rewriting third-party firmware

  • Incorrect power supply or improper electrical connection

  • Commercial use (e.g. rental, exhibitions, or similar use beyond normal personal use)

  • Poor maintenance, accidents, drops, natural disasters, or external damage

  • Applying excessive force beyond the designed load capacity

  • Water damage or use in extreme temperature environments

  • Normal mechanical wear, gradual deterioration, or reduced performance resulting from extended or excessive use

4. Required Information for Warranty Claims

To help us process your warranty claim, please provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (such as order number, purchase date, user ID, or similar information)

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the defective part or symptom

  • The email address used when placing the order

Incomplete information may delay review or limit the solutions we are able to provide.

5. Transfer of Warranty

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a third party or applied to resold items.

6. Disclaimer

Please use the product only after fully understanding its intended purpose and proper usage.

If you experience pain, discomfort, or any abnormal reaction during use, stop using the product immediately.

We are not responsible for health issues, injuries, or secondary damages resulting from improper use, misuse, or use contrary to the product instructions.

Do not use the product on areas with inflammation, swelling, injury, or other abnormal conditions.

MiraBotX reserves the right to interpret and apply this Warranty Policy in light of the specific circumstances of each case.
We also reserve the right to change or update this Warranty Policy without prior notice.
