These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MiraBotX website and purchases made through the MiraBotX online store.

The MiraBotX online store is operated by MIRATECH INNOVATIONS LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong SAR.

References to “MiraBotX,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to MIRATECH INNOVATIONS LIMITED in its operation of the MiraBotX brand and online store.

By using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the policies incorporated by reference below.

Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms where applicable.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

MiraBotX products and purchasing services are intended for adults aged 18 or older.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement.

• The purchase and possession of the ordered products are lawful in your location.

MiraBotX may decline or cancel an order where we have reasonable grounds to believe that these requirements are not met.

2. Accounts & Information You Provide

You may be able to place orders through a MiraBotX account or through other available checkout methods.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure

• Providing accurate account information

• Informing us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization

When placing an order, please provide complete and accurate:

3. Products & Product Information

Minor differences may occasionally occur because of normal manufacturing tolerances, display differences, product photography, or ongoing product refinements.

MiraBotX may make minor component or production revisions over the life of a product where they maintain or improve the product’s intended function and overall performance.

If a revision materially changes the advertised function, compatibility, or specifications of a product, we will update the relevant product information accordingly.

Where compatibility, dimensions, load limits, power requirements, or other technical specifications are important to your intended use, please review the applicable product page and User Guide before purchasing.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through our website represents an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automatic order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. Unless expressly stated otherwise, final acceptance normally occurs when the order is dispatched and a shipping confirmation is issued.

Before dispatch, MiraBotX may decline or cancel an order for reasonable reasons such as:

• Product unavailability

• Payment failure or inability to verify payment

• Reasonable evidence of fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity

• An unsupported shipping destination

• Legal or regulatory restrictions

• An obvious and material pricing or product-listing error

If MiraBotX cancels an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

If we identify an obvious material pricing or listing error before dispatch, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed using the corrected information or cancel the order.

5. Product Availability & Pre-Orders

Product availability shown on the website reflects our current information but may occasionally change.

In rare cases, an item shown as available may become unavailable after an order is placed because of inventory synchronization, production, or quality-control conditions.

If this occurs, we will normally contact you and provide an updated expected processing time where available. If the delay is significant and you do not wish to wait, you may request cancellation before dispatch.

Pre-order, customized, or temporarily unavailable products may have different estimated processing or shipping dates.

Any material difference from normal processing times will be stated on the applicable product page or otherwise communicated before shipment.

6. Prices, Currency & Payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or available on the website.

The final order total will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the order, currency, or customer location.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. MiraBotX does not store complete credit or debit card details on its own servers.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may independently charge:

These charges are imposed by the relevant financial institution and are not charged by MiraBotX.

7. Shipping & Delivery

MiraBotX ships to selected countries and regions worldwide.

8. Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Order cancellations, non-defective returns, products that arrive damaged, incorrect, incomplete or non-functional, refund deductions, and refund processing are governed by our Refund Policy.

In summary:

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch subject to the Refund Policy.

• Once dispatched, an order can no longer be cancelled as an unshipped order.

• Eligible non-defective products may be returned subject to the applicable return conditions.

• Products that arrive damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or non-functional should be reported promptly so that we can provide an appropriate solution.

9. Warranty & After-Sales Support

Eligible MiraBotX products are covered by our Warranty Policy.

Warranty periods and coverage vary by product category.

Product defects or abnormal component failures occurring within the applicable warranty period will be reviewed and handled according to the Warranty Policy.

MiraBot products are designed with replaceable and serviceable components. For verified warranty claims, MiraBotX will generally provide replacement parts or modules, or assist with an appropriate repair, depending on the nature of the issue.

Warranty coverage does not automatically create a right to return a used product, receive a refund, or receive a whole-product replacement.

10. Safe & Intended Use

MiraBot products should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the applicable User Guide, safety information, and product specifications.

Customers should:

• Follow setup and operating instructions

• Use a suitable power supply and compatible accessories

• Observe published load and operating limits

• Perform reasonable maintenance where required

• Stop using the product if a serious mechanical, electrical, or safety-related abnormality occurs

MiraBot products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

If a device shows signs of abnormal overheating, burning smell, smoke, uncontrolled movement, serious mechanical binding, electrical damage, or another potentially unsafe condition, stop using the product and contact MiraBotX Support.

Warranty coverage for damage resulting from misuse, unsupported modification, incompatible components, or operation outside published specifications is governed by our Warranty Policy.

11. Software, Firmware & Third-Party Compatibility

Certain MiraBot products may work with:

• MiraPlay software

• MiraBot firmware

• OSR/TCode-compatible software

• Third-party media players

• VR applications

• Websites

• Other third-party software or services

MiraBotX may provide compatibility information for selected third-party products and services.

Because third-party products and services are independently developed and operated, their functionality, availability, or compatibility may change without notice from MiraBotX.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep published compatibility information accurate, but we cannot guarantee the continued availability or future behavior of independent third-party services.

Use of compatible third-party software does not by itself void MiraBotX hardware warranty coverage.

However, damage caused by unsupported or improperly installed firmware, incompatible hardware, unauthorized modification, or improper configuration may not be covered under the Warranty Policy.

MiraBotX software or online services may also be subject to additional terms, notices, or requirements presented within the applicable service.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content on the MiraBotX website — including text, photographs, product images, graphics, videos, logos, interface designs, documentation, and original software-related materials — is owned by or licensed to MiraBotX and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes related to evaluating, purchasing, or using MiraBot products.

Without permission, you may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute substantial website content for commercial purposes

• Sell or commercially exploit MiraBotX-owned content

• Misrepresent MiraBotX materials as your own

• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices

Where content is expressly submitted for publication, you grant MiraBotX permission to display, reproduce, format, and use that content for the purpose for which it was submitted.

Private customer-support communications will not be treated as public testimonials solely because they were sent to MiraBotX.

MiraBotX may moderate or remove publicly submitted content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, spam, or unrelated to the relevant service.

14. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the MiraBotX website or services to:

• Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity

• Place orders using unauthorized payment information

• Deliberately provide false or misleading information

• Attempt to interfere with website security or operation

• Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized system access

Changes to website functionality will not retroactively reduce the commercial terms already applicable to an existing eligible order.

These services operate independently from MiraBotX and may have their own terms and privacy practices.

MiraBotX is not responsible for the independent content, operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.

A link or compatibility reference does not necessarily constitute endorsement unless expressly stated.

17. Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

MiraBotX remains responsible for its obligations under these Terms and the applicable MiraBotX policies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MiraBotX is not responsible for losses caused by:

• Use of a product contrary to published instructions or specifications

• Unauthorized modification or repair

• Incompatible third-party hardware or unsupported configuration

• Independent third-party services or platforms outside MiraBotX’s reasonable control

• Events outside our reasonable control as described below

Where a loss results partly from circumstances attributable to MiraBotX and partly from factors outside our control or from the customer’s own actions, responsibility will be assessed according to the circumstances of the case.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Product defects, warranty claims, returns, refunds, and shipping issues will be handled under the applicable MiraBotX policies referenced in these Terms.

18. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

MiraBotX will not be considered in breach of these Terms solely because performance is delayed or prevented by circumstances reasonably outside our control, such as:

• Natural disasters

• Major transportation or logistics disruptions

• Carrier or customs interruptions

• Government actions or regulatory restrictions

• War, civil disturbance, or similar events

• Major network, infrastructure, or utility failures

If such an event materially affects an existing order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and provide an appropriate available solution.

19. Relationship Between These Terms & Other Policies

These Terms should be read together with our:

Each policy provides the detailed rules for the subject it covers.

Where a product page or checkout clearly states an order-specific condition — such as a pre-order date, included accessory, promotional benefit, shipping option, or other product-specific term — that information will apply to the relevant order.

Order-specific information does not override rights or protections that cannot legally be reduced or excluded.

MiraBotX may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page together with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes apply to future website use and orders placed after the updated Terms take effect.

They will not retroactively reduce the commercial terms already applicable to an existing eligible order.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Where appropriate, the affected provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

22. No Waiver

If MiraBotX does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms in a particular situation, this does not mean that we waive the right to enforce that provision in another appropriate situation.

23. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and transactions conducted through the MiraBotX online store are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, use of the website, or a transaction conducted through the MiraBotX online store will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
