MiraPlay AiO v1.5.0 — Gesture Sync Evolved with 3 New Control Modes

We are excited to announce the release of MiraPlay AiO v1.5.0, bringing a major upgrade to the Gesture Sync system.
With this update, MiraPlay offers an even more intuitive and immersive way to control MiraBot and OSR devices directly from your smartphone.

✨ New: Three Gesture Sync Modes

1. Auto Mode — Effortless One-Hand Control

Tilt your phone to control Pitch and Roll, rotate to control Twist, and let MiraPlay automatically generate Stroke speed based on movement.
Ideal for simple, relaxed play.

2. 4x Mode — Full Real-Time Manual Control

In addition to gyro control, Stroke motion can now be shaped in real time with finger swipes.
Perfect for expressive, precise motion control.

3. 6x Mode — Complete Six-Axis Control (MiraBot S6 / SR6)

Adds a second touch zone to control Surge and Sway.
Operated in landscape mode using both hands, similar to a game controller—unlocking full multi-axis performance.

🔧 Coming Soon: Gesture-Based Motion Recording

Because 4x and 6x Modes offer high-precision input, we are preparing a new Motion Recording feature that will allow users to record multi-axis motion directly through gestures.
This will dramatically reduce the effort required to create multi-axis scripts.

Order Process – From Purchase to Delivery
1. Place Your Order

Our online store is open 24/7, 365 days a year. Add your desired items to the cart, fill in the required information, and proceed to checkout at any time.

2. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, an Order Confirmation Email containing the product details (item name, quantity, price, and total amount) will be sent to you automatically.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder or review your email settings.

3. Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days. Most customers receive their packages in about 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination and local delivery services.
If delays occur due to customs or local carriers, we will continue to monitor the shipment and assist you as needed.

4. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is handed over to the local carrier (e.g., DHL), we will send you a notification email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Tracking updates will appear once the shipment clears the standard import process, which typically takes 1–a few days depending on local handling.

5. Delivery

When your package arrives, please open it carefully and confirm the condition of your items.

As a manufacturer, we take full responsibility for our products and stand confidently behind their reliability.

If any initial defect or natural failure occurs within 30 days of delivery, we will replace the item with a brand-new unit at no cost to you.

▪️Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of hygiene-related products, we cannot accept returns after the package has been opened, except in cases of initial defects.
Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us in advance to arrange the return.

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, we will replace it promptly at our expense.
