Motion Studio 1.0 Is Now Available

We are pleased to announce the official release of Motion Studio 1.0, now available through MiraPlay Web.

Motion Studio is a parameter-based motion creation platform designed for MiraBot, OSR2+, SR6, and other compatible multi-axis SR devices. It allows users to create, preview, combine, and share custom multi-axis motion content without manually editing every movement point on a traditional timeline.

Create Multi-Axis Motion More Easily

Motion Studio supports up to six movement axes:

  • Stroke
  • Surge
  • Sway
  • Twist
  • Roll
  • Pitch

Each axis can be configured independently using parameters such as movement range, BPM, acceleration, phase, eccentricity, and curve type.

The motion curves and real-time 3D preview make it easier to understand how multiple axes work together before testing the result on a connected device.

Motion and Session Editing

Motion Studio provides two main content formats:

Motion

A Motion defines an individual movement pattern.

Osc mode generates continuous and repeating movement from adjustable parameters, while Ramp mode allows users to create more precise or irregular motion segments directly on a timeline.

Session

A Session combines multiple Motions into a longer sequence.

Users can arrange different Motions on a timeline, adjust their duration, and use video or audio as a timing reference. This makes it possible to create complete scenes with changing speed, range, direction, and multi-axis combinations.

Share Projects Through Motion Hub

Completed Projects can be published to Motion Hub, where other users can browse, like, and download shared content.

Downloaded Projects can also be adjusted for personal use, making it easier to explore new motion styles without starting from scratch.

Windows Client and Third-Party Integration

The Motion Studio Web version is available now in MiraPlay Web.

The next release will be the Motion Studio Windows client, which will provide local interfaces for third-party software, games, and mods.

Developers will be able to call existing Motions and Sessions through the Windows client and use them to control connected MiraBot or compatible OSR devices in real time. This reduces the need to recreate complete multi-axis movement logic inside each game or application.

The Windows client will be released together with the Motion Studio Developer Guide, including interface details, integration instructions, and development examples.

Motion Studio is free for all MiraBot and OSR users.
