Warranty Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026
Effective date: October 12, 2026

At MiraBotX, we want our customers to use our products with confidence and peace of mind.

This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty coverage provided for eligible MiraBotX products purchased directly from MiraBotX or through an authorized sales channel where MiraBotX warranty coverage is expressly provided.

This policy should be read together with our Refund Policy. Shipping damage, incorrect items, products that arrive defective or non-functional, returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable terms of the Refund Policy.

Warranty claims are subject to reasonable verification based on the nature of the issue and the information available.

1. Warranty Coverage & Period

Warranty coverage is determined by the product category, regardless of whether an item is purchased individually, included in a bundle, or provided as a promotional gift, unless otherwise expressly stated.

1.1 90-Day Limited Warranty — MiraBot Devices & Major Functional Modules

Eligible MiraBot devices and designated major functional modules are covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This includes:

MiraBot Devices & Power Supplies

  • MiraBot S6

  • MiraBot Lite

  • Other MiraBot device models where 90-day warranty coverage is specified

  • Original MiraBot power adapters

Major Functional Modules

  • Twist Module

  • T-Valve

  • MiraLube (lubrication module)

  • Twist Heated Receiver (heating hardware)

Other functional modules may be included where expressly stated on the applicable product page.

For MiraBot devices, coverage includes factory-installed mechanical and electronic components, including servos, control electronics, and internal wiring.

For eligible functional modules, coverage applies to their functional mechanical and electronic components. Consumable and hygiene-related items supplied with these modules remain subject to Section 1.3.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and abnormal component failures occurring under normal intended use, subject to the exclusions stated in this policy.

1.2 30-Day Limited Warranty — General Accessories & Replacement Parts

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, general accessories, mounting accessories, non-powered receiver components, and separately purchased replacement parts are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Examples include:

  • Non-electronic 3D-printed accessories (e.g., Open Receiver, ModCase housings, adapters, and brackets)

  • Desk Mount and related mounting hardware

  • Separately purchased replacement servos

  • Servo Gear Kits and other separately purchased replacement parts

General accessories are covered according to their product category, whether purchased individually, included in a bundle, or provided as promotional gifts.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and abnormal failures under normal intended use.

1.3 Initial Defect Coverage — Consumable & Hygiene-Related Items

Consumable and hygiene-related items are eligible for initial-defect support when a confirmed initial defect is reported within 7 days of delivery.

These include:

  • Sleeves and other hygiene-sensitive consumable components

  • Lubricants and cleaners

  • Other consumable or care products

1.4 Bundles & Promotional Gifts

Items included in a product bundle or provided as promotional gifts are covered according to their respective product categories.

The inclusion of an item in a bundle does not automatically extend or reduce its applicable warranty period.

Where an eligible module or accessory contains separately replaceable consumable or hygiene-related components, those components remain subject to their applicable coverage.

2. Servos, Gears & Mechanical Wear

MiraBot devices contain mechanical components that naturally experience wear during operation, including servos, gears, bearings, linkages, and other drive-related components.

These components are not excluded from warranty solely because they are subject to wear.

A manufacturing defect or abnormal premature failure occurring under normal use within the applicable warranty period may be covered under this policy.

However, the following are not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Normal mechanical wear resulting from use

  • Gradual wear of gears, bearings, or other moving components

  • Reduced performance caused by accumulated wear over time

  • Damage caused by excessive force, excessive load, impact, or operation beyond the published specifications

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, adjustment, maintenance, or modification

Warranty eligibility for a mechanical component will be assessed based on the symptom, condition of the component, usage circumstances, available diagnostic information, and other relevant factors.

3. Warranty Service & Resolution

If a covered defect or abnormal component failure is confirmed within the applicable warranty period, MiraBotX will provide an appropriate warranty solution based on the nature of the issue.

Warranty support may include:

  • Remote troubleshooting and technical assistance

  • Replacement of the affected part or module

  • Installation, adjustment, or replacement guidance

  • Another appropriate resolution where a part- or module-level solution is not reasonably suitable

MiraBot devices are designed with replaceable and serviceable components. For verified warranty claims, MiraBotX will generally provide replacement parts or modules, or assist with an appropriate repair, depending on the nature of the issue.

Customers may be asked to perform reasonable inspection, adjustment, or component replacement procedures with guidance from MiraBotX Support.

Disassembly, adjustment, or component replacement performed according to instructions provided or authorized by MiraBotX Support will not, by itself, void the remaining warranty.

Customers should not return an entire device or any component unless specifically instructed and authorized by MiraBotX Support.

For an approved warranty replacement, MiraBotX will provide the covered replacement component without charge. Shipping arrangements for warranty replacement parts will be confirmed by MiraBotX Support based on the destination and circumstances of the case.

4. Warranty Start Date

The applicable warranty period begins on the date the product is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If the exact delivery date cannot reasonably be determined, MiraBotX may use available tracking information, shipping records, order records, or other reasonable information to establish the warranty start date.

The warranty period is based on the original delivery date and is not extended by periods during which the product is not being used.

5. Replacement Parts Provided Under Warranty

A replacement component supplied as part of an approved warranty claim does not restart the warranty period for the entire device.

The replacement component itself will be covered for the remainder of the original product’s applicable warranty period or 30 days from the delivery of the replacement component, whichever is longer.

Replacement components may be functionally equivalent updated versions when the original component has been revised or is no longer available.

6. Transition from the Previous 30-Day Warranty

The previous MiraBot device warranty provided 30 days of limited warranty coverage.

To provide a fair transition for recent customers, eligible MiraBot S6 and MiraBot Lite devices delivered between September 12, 2026 and October 11, 2026 will automatically receive the new 90-day limited warranty.

The warranty period is calculated from the original delivery date and does not restart on October 12, 2026.

Devices delivered before September 12, 2026 remain subject to the warranty terms applicable at the time of purchase and do not receive an extended warranty solely as a result of this policy update.

For example, if an eligible device was delivered on September 20, 2026, its updated warranty coverage will continue until 90 days after September 20, 2026.

7. Cases Not Covered by Warranty

This limited warranty does not cover damage, malfunction, deterioration, or failure caused by circumstances including:

  • Use contrary to the applicable user guide or intended purpose

  • Excessive force or load beyond the published operating specifications

  • Accidents, drops, impacts, crushing, or other external physical damage

  • Water or liquid damage where the product or component is not designed for such exposure

  • Use in unsuitable or extreme environmental conditions

  • Incorrect power supply, voltage, polarity, wiring, or electrical connection

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification, alteration, rewiring, or repair

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or assembly

  • Damage caused by unsupported or improperly installed third-party firmware

  • Damage caused by third-party components or accessories that are incompatible with the product

  • Commercial rental, public exhibition, or other unusually intensive use not expressly approved by MiraBotX

  • Failure to perform reasonable maintenance where maintenance is required

  • Normal mechanical wear or gradual deterioration resulting from ordinary use

  • Damage or malfunction resulting from operation after a known serious mechanical or electrical fault has developed

Use of compatible third-party software, OSR/TCode software, or other supported software does not by itself void the warranty.

Similarly, opening, inspecting, adjusting, or replacing a component under instructions from MiraBotX Support does not by itself void the warranty.

However, damage caused during unauthorized or improperly performed modification, repair, firmware installation, or component replacement may not be covered.

Changes, outages, compatibility issues, or discontinued functionality caused solely by third-party software, services, websites, platforms, or external systems are not considered hardware defects under this warranty.

For issues not covered by warranty, paid replacement parts, troubleshooting assistance, or other support options may still be available.

8. 3D-Printed Components & Cosmetic Characteristics

Some MiraBot structural components are manufactured using high-quality 3D-printing processes.

Minor layer patterns, seam marks, or small surface variations that are inherent to the 3D-printing process may occasionally be visible.

These are considered normal cosmetic characteristics when they do not affect the product’s fit, structural integrity, safety, or normal function.

Visible damage, deformation, manufacturing defects, or other conditions that materially affect fit or function are not excluded by this provision and will be reviewed normally under the applicable warranty terms.

9. Warranty Claim Requirements

Warranty claims should be submitted within the applicable warranty period.

To help us review and resolve an issue efficiently, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number or other proof of purchase

  • Email address used for the order

  • Description of the issue and when it began

  • Photos or videos showing the affected component or symptom

  • Relevant device, firmware, and software information

  • Results of reasonable diagnostic or troubleshooting steps requested by MiraBotX Support

Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to identify the cause of the issue.

Customers should stop using the product and contact MiraBotX Support if the device shows signs of abnormal heating, burning smell, smoke, uncontrolled movement, serious mechanical binding, electrical damage, or another condition that may create a safety risk or cause further damage.

Warranty support can be requested through the MiraBotX Support Request page.

10. Original Purchaser & Resale

Unless otherwise agreed by MiraBotX in writing, this limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product.

Products purchased second-hand, through an unauthorized reseller, or through a private resale are not automatically covered by the MiraBotX limited warranty.

Where a product is purchased through an authorized MiraBotX sales channel, the warranty coverage stated for that channel will apply.

11. Relationship to Refunds & Returns

This Warranty Policy covers product defects and abnormal failures occurring within the applicable warranty period.

It does not create an automatic right to return a used product, receive a refund, or receive a complete replacement device.

Returns, refunds, order cancellations, products damaged during shipment, incorrect items, and products that arrive defective or non-functional are handled separately under the MiraBotX Refund Policy.

Customers should not ship a product back to MiraBotX without prior authorization.

12. Consumer Rights

This limited warranty is provided by MiraBotX as a commercial warranty and does not exclude or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Policy Updates

MiraBotX may update this Warranty Policy from time to time.

Changes to this policy will apply prospectively and will not retroactively reduce the commercial warranty coverage already applicable to an eligible purchase.

The version of the policy applicable to an order will be determined by the purchase date, delivery date, and any expressly stated transitional arrangements.

14. Contact Us

If you experience a product issue or have questions about warranty coverage, please contact MiraBotX through our Support Request page.
