The MiraBot Servo Replacement Gear Kit includes a complete internal metal gear train and output shaft bearing for the MBS2035 servo used in MiraBot devices.

It provides a practical and cost-effective repair option when the servo’s internal gears are worn, stripped, or damaged, without requiring replacement of the complete servo.

Important Notes

This gear kit is intended only for confirmed internal gear damage.

It will not resolve faults involving the servo motor, position sensor, cable, connector, or internal control board. Please confirm the cause of the servo fault before purchasing.

Due to international shipping restrictions, lubricating grease is not included. Please obtain a suitable grease for metal servo gears separately.

Installation

Replacing the gear set requires opening and reassembling the servo.

During installation:

• Keep the gears, shafts, spacers, and screws in their correct positions.
• Apply an appropriate amount of suitable lubricating grease.
• Check that the gears rotate smoothly before closing the servo housing.
• Do not force any gear, shaft, or bearing into position.

Damage caused by incorrect installation or improper handling is not considered a product defect.
